The Mousetrap

Stuck working the late shift at the amusement park arcade, Alex receives a surprise visit from her friends on her 21st birthday. However, their night of fun soon turns into a fight for survival when a killer dressed as Mickey Mouse crashes the party.

Ok so for those of you reading wondering “Why in the world did Disney make a Mickey Mouse horror movie?” the answer is, they didn’t.

So there this law in copyright called the Public Domain, and it stated that when a character has been around long enough they enter the public domain where anybody in the world can make a movie, tv show, video game, whatever they want about that character. So a couple of years ago someone did this and made a horror movie called “Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey” and that movie made a LOT of money. So now someone has done the same with Mickey Mouse. I have watched the movie and I am not exaggerating when I say it is the worst horror movie I have ever seen in my life.

So I’ll say the good things about this movie first since there aren’t that many. One, the whole movie takes place in an arcade, that was a cool setting, I have never seen a horror movie take place in one before. Also killer Mickey Mouse, actually a pretty solid villain. But that’s it. Everything else about this movie isn’t just bad, it’s hard to watch.

This movie is horrific in every sense of the word. The characters are awful and the dialouge is so stupid! I mean real life humans don’t sound like the way the characters do in this movie. It was also super BORING and the dumbest thing in this whole movie is that they literally cut to a character being interviewed by the police who straight up spoils the movie by saying what happens to characters before we see it! I mean what the fuck!

All in all this movie is trash. Garbage. Awful I can’t say enough bad things to call it. However I did watch it with my friends and I can say watching it with them was a fun experience, but the only reason you should ever waste your time with this inane garbage is to make fun of it with your friends.
